The University of Sargodha is seeking applications from Pakistani Nationals for various project positions on a contract basis at the Business Incubation Centre (BIC). Interested candidates can download the application form from the University’s official website: www.su.edu.pk

Available Positions:

1. HR, Admin & Finance Executive

Number of Posts: 01  
Pay Scale: Lump Sum/Negotiable  
Qualifications:  

A minimum of 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.  

Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a reputable organization.  

Age Limit: 30 years maximum  
Responsibilities:  

Maintaining financial records and bookkeeping for the BIC.  

Ensuring compliance with HEC reporting requirements.  

Coordinating purchases and procurements for the BIC.  

Managing BIC assets.  

Handling office management tasks and other assigned duties.

2. Business Development Executive  

   Number of Posts: 01  
   Pay Scale: Lump Sum/Negotiable  
   Qualifications:  

• A minimum of 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.  

   Experience:  

• Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a reputable organization.  

   Age Limit: 30 years maximum  
   Responsibilities:  

• Engaging incubates with training programs.  
• Implementing the BIC’s marketing strategy.  
• Assisting incubates with financial planning, reporting, and evaluating benefits and ROI.  
• Developing new business opportunities through entrepreneurial activities and knowledge exchanges for startups.  
• Performing other assigned duties.

Submission Instructions:

• Complete the application form and submit it along with a detailed CV, attested copies of all educational documents, and two recent passport-sized photos.  
• A separate application must be submitted for each position, along with all required documents.  
• Applicants with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC.  
• Applications must include an original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form of Rs 1500/- as a non-refundable processing fee. The fee should be deposited under the Head of Account “Collection” in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha. Other payment methods (e.g., Demand Draft, Postal Order) are not accepted.  
• Employees of Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies should apply through the proper channel.  
• Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.

Closing Date:  

The deadline for submission is September 13, 2024.

Note:

1. The positions are project-based at the Business Incubation Centre (BIC) and are purely on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year. The contract may be extended for another year on a six-month basis or until the project is completed, whichever comes first.  
2. The University reserves the right to withdraw any post or withhold appointments.
