IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. General Guidelines:

- Review the “General Instructions” on the FPSC website before applying.
- Applications must be submitted online only through the FPSC website.
- Each category requires a separate online application.
- Pay the application fee at designated banks under the specified account “C02101-Organs of State Exam Fee (FPSC Receipt).”
- The deadline for applications is 16th September 2024. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

2. Application Procedure:

- Submit your application online via the FPSC website.
- Application editing is permitted only once before the deadline to correct errors.
- Information provided in the application will be considered final, with no subsequent amendments accepted.
- The syllabus may be available on the FPSC website before exams. Regularly check the site for updates on the syllabus and admission certificates.
- Follow the detailed online application guidelines available on the FPSC website.
- Hard copy submissions are not required; manual applications will not be processed.

3. Application Fee:

- Fees vary by grade: BS-16 to 17: Rs. 300/-, BS-18: Rs. 750/-, BS-19: Rs. 1200/-, BS-20 and above: Rs. 1500/-.
- Deposit the fee before the deadline at the nearest authorized bank. Bank drafts, cheques, or postal orders are not accepted.
- Preserve the original Treasury Receipt (TR) for presentation at the exam. Photocopies or scrolls are not acceptable.
- Do not send the TR in advance; bring it to the exam.

4. Age Relaxation:

- Age limits may be relaxed per the relevant rules. Detailed instructions are on the FPSC website.

5. Interview Shortlisting:

- Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews as per the criteria outlined in the General Instructions.

6. Required Documents:

- Post-exam, successful candidates must submit attested copies of necessary documents (e.g., photographs, certificates, degrees, CNIC, experience certificates, domicile, etc.) within 15 days of notice from FPSC.
- Equivalence certificates are required for degrees if applicable.
- Experience certificates from recognized firms/institutions are accepted only if the entity is properly registered and well-known.
- Please submit documents on time or provide correct/incomplete information to avoid rejection.
- The request for documents does not imply shortlisting for interviews.

7. Admission Certificate:

- Available online a few weeks before the exam. Regularly visit the FPSC website for updates, as no hard copies will be mailed.

8. Test Conduct:

- Bring the original CNIC, TR, and a downloaded copy of the Admission Certificate to the exam.
- Without the original TR, entry to the exam hall will be denied. Photocopies are not accepted.
- Tests for Consolidated Advt. No. 9/2024 will be conducted after the closing date. Check the FPSC website for schedules and syllabi.

9. Examination Centre Change:

- Request a change of centre online at least one month before the exam date.

10. Closing Date:

- Applications must be submitted by Monday, 16th September 2024.
