- Assist in arranging Board committee meetings and preparing draft minutes.
- Coordinate and follow up on decisions and implementation reports.
- Maintain and update official records and documents.
- Arrange meetings in the Board room and perform other tasks as assigned.

 3. Support Officer – Management Credit Committee Wing (OG-III)

Reporting to: Department Head – Management Credit Committee Wing

Educational/Professional Qualification: 

- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience: 

- At least 1 year of banking experience, preferably in Credit Management (Corporate, Commercial, SME, or Retail Banking).

Skills/Expertise: 

- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 

- Review and track MCC memos, and prepare notices, agendas, and minutes.
